More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Made Public by Democratic Party US Lawmakers
Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this recent image drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More materials released as part of the ongoing oversight process.
